Statement From SC Johnson Following Guilty Verdict of Milt Morris, Katherine Scheller, Tom Russell and Tom Buske

RACINE, Wis., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- SC Johnson is gratified that the jury has found Milt Morris, Katherine Scheller, Tom Russell and JMP Company and JMP Intermodal, and Tom Buske and Buske Lines and Buske Intermodal liable for fraud and conspiracy to commit bribery and fraud.

They also were found to have violated the Wisconsin Organized Crime Act, which prohibits a pattern of racketeering activities involving bribery, mail and wire fraud. With respect to defendants Morris and Scheller, they were also found liable for breach of their duty of loyalty to the company, also known as fiduciary duty.
