MONTERREY, Mexico, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Senda Autotransporte, S.A. de C.V. ("the Company" or "Grupo Senda") today announced its results for the year ended December 31, 2007, as well as for the fourth quarter of 2007 (4Q07) . Figures in this release were prepared in accordance with Mexican GAAP and are stated in constant Mexican pesos (Ps.) as of December 31, 2007.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS (2007 vs 2006):

-- Revenues increased 2.3% to Ps. 2,968.4 million
-- Operating expenses decreased 3.9% to Ps. 2,538.8 million
-- Operating income increased 65.1% to Ps. 429.6 million
-- EBITDA increased 29.1% to Ps. 762.7 million
-- Net income increased 186.7% to (Ps. 101.3 million)

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS (4Q07 vs 4Q06):

-- Revenues increased 0.5% to Ps. 781.9 million
-- Operating expenses decreased 6.8% to Ps. 676.0 million
-- Operating income increased 101.7% to Ps. 105.9 million
-- EBITDA increased 26.8% to Ps. 190.0 million
-- Net income decreased 200.0% to (Ps. -4.9 million)

RESULTS BY SEGMENT (2007 vs 2006):

-- Passenger Transport Service revenue increased 2.5% to Ps. 2,417.4
million, due to 3.9% higher revenues per kilometer (RPK's). Operating
income increased 76.1% to Ps. 324.9 million.
-- Personnel Transport Service revenue increased 1.2% to Ps. 551.1 million
due to a 6.4% increase in operating volume. Operating income increased
38.2% to Ps. 104.7 million.

RESULTS BY SEGMENT (4Q07 vs 4Q06):

-- Passenger Transport Service revenue increased 0.6% to Ps. 629.7
million, due to 0.8% higher revenues per kilometer (RPK's). Operating
income increased 130.2% to Ps. 81.3 million.
-- Personnel Transport Service revenue increased 0.1% to Ps. 152.3 million
due to a 2.6% increase in operating volume. Operating income increased
43.2% to Ps. 24.6 million.

David Rodriguez, Grupo Senda's CEO, stated "Grupo Senda has successfully fulfilled its goals for the year 2007. We have achieved growth in our market shares through our Mexico's center to north and Mexico to Texas routes, as well as organic growth in our personnel transportation segment. Also our significant operating efficiencies along with the consolidation of synergies from the acquisition of Transportes del Norte, resulted in a important positive impact on our results."
