SEPTA Trolley Route 15 Service to Operate With Shuttle Buses Due to Construction

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SEPTA will operate shuttle buses in place of Route 15 trolley service beginning Monday, March 3, through Thursday, March 6, between Haddington (63rd Street & Girard Avenue) and Port Richmond (Richmond & Westmoreland Streets) due to a construction project on Girard Avenue.

Shuttle buses will operate westbound (to Haddington) from Girard Avenue to Poplar Street, then a right on 29th Street before returning to normal routing on Girard Avenue. Eastbound (to Port Richmond) shuttle buses will not operate on a detour.

Normal eastbound and westbound transit stops will be made en route.

Street crews will be working in the westbound lanes in the area of Girard College during this time.
