A consumer coalition, including the Citizens Utility Board (CUB), AARP Illinois, and Citizen Action/Illinois, will hold a news conference Monday detailing a deceptive- marketing complaint to be filed
The news conference is:
CUB Executive Director David Kolata will outline the consumer coalition's ICC complaint against U.S. Energy and what actions consumer advocates are asking state regulators to take to correct the problems.
