OAK BROOK, IL, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI.UN) (the "Company") today announced that it has received a February 29, 2008 letter from Brian T. Vaasjo tendering his resignation from the Board of Directors. The resignation was effective immediately.
