ThreadGreen Industrial Limited Acquires Industrial Property in Finland

LONDON, March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- ThreadGreen Partners LLP announces the acquisition of an industrial property (hereafter known as the "Facility") located in Southern Finland by ThreadGreen Industrial Limited. The Facility is subject to a long-term triple net lease agreement to PW Windows Oy, which is majority owned by Sentica Partners Oy ("Sentica"). The property comprises a leaseable area of 4,668 sq. m, and was sold to the Guernsey Fund.

The Facility:

The Facility acquired by ThreadGreen Industrial Limited and leased to PW Windows is the company's headquarters office and production building.

PW Windows Oy:

The Facility is being leased to PW Windows Oy, a manufacturer of windows and doors. PW-Windows produces over 30,000 windows annually. Products are manufactured against customer orders, i.e. "just-in-time" production in an efficient and flexible manufacturing process.

Their primary customer is Honkarakenne Oy ("Honka"). Along with Sentica, Honka is a shareholder in PW Windows (15%). Honka is a manufacturer of prefabricated housing. Honkarakenne Oy is traded on the Helsinki "OMX" Exchange under the ticker "HONBS". The Honka Group designs, constructs and markets prefabricated homes for residences and log cabins for vacation homes.
