Milan West Signs Bank of America to 10-Year Lease Agreement in Temple Terrace, Florida

Under the terms of the 10-year renewal lease agreement, Bank of America will continue to occupy the entire first floor, approximately 13,590 square feet of office space.

The office space and bank drive-thru located at 9385 North 56th Street in Temple Terrace, Fl. serves as a retail branch for Bank of America, who has been a tenant for twenty years.
