Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend

Dividend of $0.11 per share payable in June

REDMOND, Wash., March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable June 12, 2008, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2008. The ex-dividend date will be May 13, 2008.
