Charles Shipp Hired as Customer Service Manager at Consolidated Reprographics

COSTA MESA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/18/08 -- Charles Shipp has been hired by Consolidated Reprographics as its Manager of Customer Relations, a newly created senior position that puts him in charge of making every customer interaction a positive one. Shipp's new job encompasses every aspect of the client experience, from the way the phone is answered to what a client sees and experiences when he walks in the door at any of CR's eight locations, to how easy it is to read a CR invoice. Additionally, Shipp will train CR's customer service representatives.

Shipp started his career as a driver for CR 22 years ago at age 18, and has worked in dispatch, customer service, and as assistant manager for the Irvine and Laguna Hills locations, in charge of billing, delivery fleets and drivers. He spent the last three years working for other reprographics companies in Orange County, and returns to CR charged with a heady task, according to president Mike Stockham.
