(CIB Marine) announced today that it has scheduled its annual shareholder meeting to be held on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 1:30 PM, central time, for shareholders of record as of March 20, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, 5000 West 127th Street, Alsip, Illinois.
