Wiet Pot Joins IMC as Co-CEO

AMSTERDAM, March 29/PRNewswire/ -- Wiet Pot has joined IMC BV ("IMC"), a diversified company
engaged in financial markets around the world, as co-CEO. His appointment is
approved by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), the Central Bank of the Netherlands.
IMC is a fast growing international company. It sees Wiet Pot joining the
company, with his extensive knowledge and experience, as a very valuable
hire.

Wiet Pot will be co-CEO, a position he jointly shares with CEO
and IMC founder Rob Defares. Pot's focus areas are strategy, business
development and client facing activities. With Wiet Pot joining the company,
the executive board of IMC consists of three people: Rob Defares, Osi Lilian
(CFO) and Wiet Pot. As was earlier announced a foundation which was set up by
Wiet Pot owns a stake in IMC.

Background Wiet Pot

Wiet Pot worked for Goldman Sachs for 17 years (1986 - 2003),
as a partner since 1994 and most recently as co-COO of the Equities Division
worldwide. Between 2003 and 2004 he was first advisor and subsequently, for a
short period, a member of the Executive Board of Hagemeyer. Between 2003 and
2004 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Kempen & Co and between 2004
and 2006 he was Executive Chairman of the Board.

Background IMC

IMC was founded in 1989 and has developed into one of the dominant market
participants in derivatives trading globally. The company's headquarters are
in Amsterdam. Next to the offices in The Netherlands, the company has offices
in Australia, Germany, France, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the United
States and Switzerland. Next to the prominent position in trading, IMC has
developed activities in several related areas such as brokerage, investment
