Phoenix Technologies Launches PC Industry's First Remote BIOS Debug and Validation Station

(NASDAQ:PTEC), today announced the availability of the PC industry's first remote BIOS validation lab and test center. Called the Phoenix Remote Debug Station (RDS), this innovative lab is part of Phoenix's ongoing commitment to enabling customer success factors, including time to market and quality assurance through rapid access to the company's world-class design expertise and automated debug methodologies.

With the Phoenix RDS, customers can now bring their development boards to any local Phoenix office, where Phoenix BIOS experts will remotely connect to the board and immediately initiate the test and validation process. The RDS will result in significant time savings, allowing customers to reduce overall development costs and improve time to revenue.
