Adino Energy Announces New Trading Symbol: ADNY
HOUSTON, April 3, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Adino Energy Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: ADNY) today announced it has received its new trading symbol from the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB), and will now be traded under the symbol ADNY.
Effective April 4, 2008, investors wishing to trade shares of Adino Energy Corporation will now use the ticker symbol, OTCBB: ADNY, which replaces the former ticker symbol of CMMI. "We are extremely pleased the name and ticker changes have now been successfully completed," commented Timothy G. Byrd, Sr., Adino Energy Corporation's chief executive officer. "Adino remains committed to corporate expansion through organic growth as well as acquisitions of additional fuel terminals and other complementary downstream fuel distribution operations."
On January 30, 2008, shareholders voted at the annual shareholders' meeting to rename the Company from Consolidated Medical Management, Inc., to Adino Energy Corporation, more closely identifying the company with its current downstream fuel terminal and fuel distribution business plan. Subsequently, a new CUSIP was received, and the ticker symbol was approved and promulgated on April 3, 2008.
