COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 3, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Current USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation, today announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Lillian Vernon Corporation (http://www.lillianvernon.com/) based in Virginia Beach, VA.
Lillian Vernon is a leading 56-year old national catalog and online retailer that markets gifts, household, children's and fashion accessory products. Current USA and Lillian Vernon will continue to provide a high level of service to customers while offering unique and personalized products. Current USA plans to continue operations in the Lillian Vernon facility in Virginia Beach, VA. The acquisition is scheduled to close April 10, 2008.
