MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, LP Announces an Amendment to Its Offers to Purchase Cronos Global Income Funds XV and XVI

MORAGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/04/08 -- Affiliates of MacKenzie Patterson Fuller, LP (the "Purchasers") have amended their tender offers for Cronos Global Income Fund XV, L.P. and Cronos Global Income Fund XVI, L.P. to lower the number of Units offered to purchase to approximately 2% of each partnership. Thus, the Purchasers are offering to purchase 143,000 and 31,990 units, respectively.

As of the date hereof, no Units have been tendered by unitholders to date.
