Kick Off Victim's Rights Week

Sunday, April 13, 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier (just inside Gate 19)

WHITTIER, Calif., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 300 Homicide Victim family members from LA, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County will gather for the 23rd Annual Homicide Victim's Memorial Service.

In memory of their loved ones, victim's families will release doves, light candles and send balloons with messages to their departed.
