Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

HERSHEY, Pa., April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) today declared quarterly dividends of $0.2975 on the Common Stock and $0.2678 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable June 13, 2008, to stockholders of record May 23, 2008. It is the 314th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 95th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
