Federal Signal Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

OAK BROOK, Ill., April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE:FSS) today declared the regular first quarter cash dividend of six cents on its common stock. The dividend is payable July 7, 2008 to holders of record at the close of business on June 13, 2008. This represents the 241st consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by the company to holders of common stock.
