NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On Tuesday, April 29, 2008, the Board of Trustees of Dreyfus High Yield Strategies Fund (NYSE:DHF) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0285 per share of beneficial interest, payable on May 28, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2008. The ex-dividend date is May 9, 2008. The previous dividend declared in March was $0.0285 per share of beneficial interest.
