(the "Fund") (NYSE: HTR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.065 per share, payable on May 29, 2008 to stockholders of record on May 13, 2008. The ex-dividend date is May 9, 2008. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.10 on May 1, 2008, the Fund's yield was 10.99%. Based on the net asset value per share of $6.79 on April 30, 2008, the Fund's yield was 11.49%.
