Colfax Corporation Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

RICHMOND, Va., May 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX) today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of its common stock at $18.00 per share. Of the 18,750,000 shares being sold in the offering, 9,039,732 shares are being sold by the company and 9,710,268 shares are being sold by selling stockholders. The company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,812,500 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The company's common stock will be listed on the NYSE under the symbol "CFX."
