Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Announces Executive Changes
OAKLAND, Calif., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Holdings, Inc. has announced two senior executive changes. Rhonda Ramlo has been named executive vice president of marketing, replacing Tyler Johnston who will be retiring this summer after 20 years with the company. And Tony Sarsam has been named executive vice president of sales and operations.

Previously, Ramlo, 48, was executive vice president of sales and distribution, having worked her way through a number of executive positions including director of strategic sales development, vice president and division manager, and senior vice president of sales. Prior to joining Dreyer's, Ramlo spent eight-and-a-half years in marketing with The Clorox Company where she advanced to group marketing manager of the food division. Ramlo has a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a MBA from Harvard University.
Tony Sarsam, who joined Dreyer's in 2006, as executive vice president of operations and supply chain, is responsible for sales, distribution, supply chain and warehousing for all of Dreyer's ice cream and frozen dessert products. He joined Dreyer's following a 20-year career with PepsiCo's Frito-Lay business, where he progressed through a series of leadership positions in operations, plant management, sales and supply chain. Sarsam, 46, has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and a MS in Management from Stanford. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Bay Area.
