Vectren Announces 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Webcast

EVANSVILLE, Ind., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vectren Corporation (NYSE:VVC) will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2008 will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The meeting will take place at Vectren's headquarters located at One Vectren Square, 211 N.W. Riverside Dr., Evansville, Indiana.
