SAO PAULO, Brazil, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TRISUL S.A. (Sao Paulo Stock Exchange: TRIS3), announces its financial results for 1Q08.

Highlights
-- In the 1Q08 the Company launched 3 projects, with total PSV of
R$194.5 million, of which R$166.5 million is our share. We launched 2
projects in Ribeirao Preto and 1 project in Guarulhos, all three at the
end of March.
-- The Company launches its 7th project under the Trisul life brand, Vida
Plena Guarulhos, low-income product, with 526 units and reaches sales
speed of 40% in its first month of sales.
-- The Trisul life developments were responsible for 57% of all units sold
in the quarter.
-- Total Contracted Sales in the 1Q08 was R$171.2 million, of which
R$119.9 million is our share, a 201% growth in relation to the 1Q07.
-- Net Operating Revenue totaled R$71.9 million in the first quarter of
2008, 95% up on the previous year.
-- EBITDA in the 1Q08 totaled R$16.1 million, a 126% growth in relation to
the 1Q07, with margin of 22.4%.
-- In the first quarter of the year, Net Income totaled R$18.8 million
with net margin of 26.2%, corresponding to a 643% growth in relation to
the 1Q07.
