SCI Real Estate Investments Acquires Retail Center in Denton, Texas
Continues to Expand Commercial Real Estate Portfolio LOS ANGELES, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC announced today that it has acquired Denton Towne Crossing, a 36,780 square foot retail center in Denton, Texas from Weber & Company for an undisclosed price. SCI specializes in the acquisition of Class-A properties for the sale of interests to accredited buyers through 1031 Exchanges and co-ownerships.
