Magierski Joins ADRevolution Board

High Tech Entrepreneur to Help Drive Rapid Growth

AUSTIN, Texas, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Brian Magierski, a seasoned and highly successful technology entrepreneur, has joined the Board of ADRevolution, the Austin-based company that is transforming the advertising and publishing industries with its disruptive software solution.

"I'm thrilled that Brian has come on board," said Andrew Westmoreland, the 24-year-old founder and CEO of ADRevolution. "His experience will be invaluable to me and the company and is a real vote of confidence."

Magierski is currently the Chief Development Officer at nGenera Corporation. He co-founded Kalivo, an Enterprise 2.0 collaboration Software- as-a-Service provider, and served as its President and CEO before nGenera acquired the company. Brian was also the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of iMark.com, Inc., a business-to-business Web marketplace for trading surplus goods that sold to FreeMarkets for $340 million. In 2000, he placed as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Austin, TX, and is currently a member of the advisory council for Cornell University's entrepreneurship program, Entrepreneurship@Cornell. He has a BS from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"I've known Andrew for some time and watched what he has been doing with ADRevolution," said Brian. "He is very impressive, highly entrepreneurial and has already demonstrated considerable success in growing the company. ADRevolution has created a solution that is already transforming a whole section of the American economy. It's very exciting."

Last month, ADR launched its Consumer Choice Tool (CCT), a proprietary software solution that for the first time allows consumers full control over the advertisements they receive. CCT dynamically targets individuals with customized marketing messages, allowing people to select which ads they prefer and to reject the ones they don't enjoy.

When launched in beta, implementation of the CCT solution led to an immediate 40% increase in traffic available in ADR's Advertising Marketplace and a 4x increase in effective CPMs for clients. CCT is an outgrowth of the company's original proprietary software, Natural Intelligence Marketing Engine (NIME) which optimizes monetization of internet advertising. ADR revenues doubled last year and are expected to increase 300% in 2008 as word of the transformational potential of the NIME software reaches across the advertising and publishing industries. To manage the growth, ADR is putting in place a new management team and is expected to triple its staff in the next few months.

"We have the high class problem of new business coming to us at a very fast pace but we're all about delivering exactly what the customer wants and the client expects so we've got to gear up appropriately," said Andrew.

As part of its growth strategy, ADR will be expanding into new vertical delivery systems in the next few months as the NIME technology platform grows to meet the demand.

About ADRevolution

ADRevolution aligns the interests of all stakeholders in digital media: Consumers receive relevant content, advertisers reach their desired audience and publishers achieve optimal revenues. ADR's customers outpace blistering growth standards for online advertising by leveraging its proprietary solutions based on the most efficient and relevant model for digital ad distribution.

As integrated devices become ubiquitous -- led by the iPhone and the emergence of true synchronicity between television and the computer -- personalization of ad delivery will be the key to the future of successful revenue generation. ADR is the first company to deliver a truly precise software solution that creates the reality of "one-to-one advertising."

ADR was founded three years ago to exploit the NIME technology that its founder, Andrew Westmoreland originally prototyped. Westmoreland has funded the company with capital from his previously successful online ventures.

ADRevolution is profitable.
