The Annual Meeting of Dragon stockholders will be held at Suite 2808, International Chamber of Commerce Tower, Fuhua Three Road, Shenzhen, China at 2:00 p.m. local time. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2008 will be entitled to vote on the election of directors. On or about May 30, 2008, the Company will send to these stockholders a copy of the proxy statement in connection to the Annual Meeting.
