Globally Recognized Corporate Seminars Caught In Crossfire

SAN FRANCISCO, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- While Landmark Education (http://www.landmarkeducation.com/) is not a party to a lawsuit that was recently filed with the U.S. District Court, the international training and development company is inappropriately referenced in the suit as a religion.

The New York-based suit, filed by Scott Glasgow, is claiming sexual harassment and religious discrimination against the company Growing Generations and its CEO, Stuart Miller. In addition to the sexual harassment claim, Glasgow said he felt that not participating in Landmark seminars hurt his standing with the company, says Art Schreiber, General Counsel to Landmark Education.

"Any reference to Landmark as religious is not only completely untrue, but is totally ridiculous," says Schreiber.
