Mindpix Announces Patent Pending 'Multi-Resistance' Product: UltraFlex(TM)

OREM, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/28/08 -- Mindpix Corporation, a Nevada Corporation (PINKSHEETS: MPIX), is pleased to announce that Mindpix, Inc. (http://www.mindpix.com) has developed a vastly improved product using a proprietary "multi-resistance" technology. The patent pending product will keep the same name as its predecessor for branding purposes. Older versions will not be sold. UltraFlex(TM) new 'multi-resistance' device provides a unique form of resistance training. Multi-resistance is achieved by moving the hand position higher on the clearly indicated UltraFlex(TM) grip, increasing the resistance by as much as 25%. This creates a product that will challenge and grow with users when they desire or are able to do more advanced exercise moves. The exercise resistance is increased or decreased through range-of-motion adjustments, by changing hand position on the device, or by changing the body position while exercising. The UltraFlex(TM) resistance increases as the ends of the UltraFlex(TM) are brought together. Mindpix believes the multi-resistance device will have mass appeal, not only being highly effective, but both portable and affordable.

About UltraFlex(TM)

UltraFlex(TM) is a compelling new concept in exercise. UltraFlex(TM), patent pending, is a resistance exercise device shaped like a bar or rod (think walking stick or ski pole) and is designed to bend end-to-end (think u-shape or teardrop) that provides resistance in both the compression and release phases of exercising. The resistance is variable; it starts at zero pounds of resistance when straight and resistance increases when fully bent. The amount of resistance is determined by which UltraFlex(TM) product is used and provides continuous resistance, giving the user an effective workout.
