Tecton Corporation Clarifies Disclosure
LAS VEGAS, NV, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tecton Corporation (OTCBB: TTNC) is issuing this news release to clarify its disclosure.
In a news release dated April 9, 2008 Tecton disclosed that it had entered into a twelve-month financing agreement with Swissalis Group AG of Zurich, Switzerland. At the time the news release was issued, Tecton believed that it had reached a verbal agreement with Swissalis and that a written agreement would be forthcoming. As of today's date however, the terms of the agreement have not been finalized, and Tecton does not anticipate that they will be finalized in the near future. Tecton is actively seeking financing from other European sources at this time.
