DriveChicago.com Announces the DriveChicago Classics Program
The website now offers free listings of classic cars OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Local owners of classic cars have a new- and free-way to list their pre-1982 vehicles online, and some of them will get a chance to display their vehicles at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show.

DriveChicago Classics will also give car collectors a chance to show off their vehicles at the Chicago Auto Show. Up to 50 winners will be selected to present their vehicles in a special display at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show.
"Since DriveChicago's focus is local, we want to reach out to help promote local car events," says Mark Bilek, general manager of DriveChicago.com. "DriveChicago will be at many car shows and cruise nights in the Chicagoland area, promoting and helping classic car owners to register their vehicles." Every car show and cruise night that DriveChicago selects to attend will be promoted on the DriveChicago radio show with automotive expert Paul Brian Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. on WLS AM890. When listing vehicles, a "Not for Sale" option is available for registrants who simply wish to show off their special vehicle. Other possible listing details include year, make, model, trim, miles, price, exterior color, interior color, engine, transmission, standard and optional features, and a descriptive section. Registrants can also update and add images of their vehicles to share with friends and other visitors of the Web site. Chicagoland classic car owners are now able to register and list their vehicles at www.DriveChicagoClassics.com. A list of car shows and cruise nights in the Chicagoland area is also posted DriveChicago.com is the most comprehensive online resource for researching and purchasing new and used cars in Chicago and northwest Indiana's. The site, which is owned and operated by the Chicago Automobile Trade Association, showcases more than 100,000 new and used vehicles. Supported by over 540 Chicago dealerships, it is the area's largest local automotive inventory listing.
